BLISSFUL WORKSHOP TO HELP YOU SLEEP
This lovely afternoon workshop is all about helping you to wind down, relax and sleep more easily. We will have a calming yoga practice, some breathing practices to anchor the mind and some meditation, candle gazing and a deeply blissful Yoga Nidra to help you sleep more deeply. As always, Colin will be preparing delicious food to nourish us all.
