Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and join Melanie for a nourishing afternoon dedicated to meditation, breathwork, movement, and ancient wisdom. This four-hour workshop has been lovingly designed to bring balance to body, mind, and spirit through simple yet powerful practices that anyone can enjoy.

The session will begin with grounding meditation and mindful breathwork, opening the doorway to inner calm and clarity. From there, Melanie will guide you through gentle yoga sequences, suitable for all levels, helping to release tension and awaken vitality. Throughout the practice, she will weave in teachings inspired by timeless traditions, offering insights into how we can live with more ease, awareness, and presence in daily life.

At 5:00pm we will pause together for a delicious, home-cooked meal prepared with love by Colin. This nourishing food will be a chance not just to refuel the body, but also to connect with one another in community and friendship.

The final part of the afternoon will guide you deeper into stillness with restorative practices and reflective space, leaving you feeling renewed, centred, and inspired.
